Public Health and Ghost Consulting

Ghost Consulting – Our Ghost Consulting program is our Silent Passenger, Shopper and Diner, which will observe real-life processes and procedures of staff interaction with guests and overall general positions. We will study casual, official and distant interactions with all of the agreed groups. We will impact your total operation from the front of the house procedures, with an educational review and suggestions, together with our full back of the house Public Health Inspection.

Public Health – TGMG conducts operational sanitation inspections to determine how well the ships are operating and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with the current VSP & Fleet Operational Manual. TGMG will provide public health guidance and education to cruise ship staff when standards are out of compliance. WE CAN ALSO DELIVER THE SOLUTION!

Project Management – New Construction and Dry Dock
